Again, I appreciate your effort. The refurbishment of the building should be completed later this month, at which time we will be able to begin bringing in donations.

You are quite welcome. I miss going to the library very much and want to help in anyway I can. Perhaps, I could speak with the owners about a book drive? The owners could pledge to donate one title for every two books donated or something of the like.

Dear Tracey,

A book drive is an excellent idea. There may need to be put a cap on the amount they are willing to donate, lest they are driven out of business. This is not unusual in matching donor schemes.

It would be important for the owners to know that we have plans to divert any excess donations from the Hogwarts supply lists to the orphanages for their Hogwarts aged children. I sincerely doubt this would be a problem, however as some of the donations may not be used in the temporary library, it is best the owners of Flourish and Blotts be aware of that in advance.

If they seem amenable to the idea. I would be happy to meet with them to discuss particulars.
