If you'd surrender just for a tender kiss or two, you might discover that I'm the lover meant for you )
Draco was unreasonably glad that they were both magical people, even more unreasonably glad that Hermione had the presence of mind to use magic to clean them up. A towel would not have been enough, not that either of them had thought of it in the first place. This had been spontaneous.
Draco pulled Hermione into his arms and nestled down into the pillows with her, her hand linked in his over his heart. "Don't think amazing is quite the word for it, love," he said, once he'd calmed enough to talk, even if it was in a slow drawl. "Don't think there are any words for that. If there are, they're in my dictionary and I don't have the strength to go looking." Tipping his head to give her a slow kiss, he smiled. Hopefully, it wasn't as obviously nervous as he felt. "So which of your lists shall we put that on? Good-now, try-again, or well-he's-good-at-potions?"

He kissed her and asked about her lists. Hermione beamed at him, "I'm thinking the good-now list with the option to move it over to the we're-doing-that-lots list once we have the hang of it. It's the oddest thing but it's like I can still feel a ghost of you inside," she still felt a little bit of that filled feeling. Perhaps it was from the stretching. "I don't think I'll be jogging tomorrow morning but I don't think it will take more than a soak in the tub to set me right." She kissed his chest. "I won't ask if you're willing to do this again. Your face said it all." Heavens he'd been beautiful in his pleasure. Her finger traced over his shoulder and chest forming her initials, protective runes, even a little heart before she hugged him tightly. "I love you, Malfoy. Thank you for making my first time something to remember."

He made a soft noise of agreement when she talked, finding himself in the same situation. It still felt, a little, like she was surrounding him. He almost never wanted that feeling to go away. "Long soak in the tub, and I know I've a few good pain potions in my lab. Should take one before you sleep and another in the morning." He laughed silently, blushing, as she wrote on his chest with her fingers. "Well, I sort of forgot the flowers and candles, but, um. I think ... I think I'll never forget this anyway. I'm very grateful to you. Odd to say it, but I am. I've never been the sort who could take up anything casual with whichever woman came along. I wanted the perfect woman to share that with. I'm glad it was you."

"I don't know about you, but I think I'd like that bath or at least a shower now. I'm all clammy," her hair was all sweaty too.

Draco shifted to roll up onto his side, facing her, and cupped her cheek for a long kiss. "I love you, Hermione. You drive me mad and you confuse me and you turned my world completely upside down and inside out, and I can't thank you enough for it. Never stop keeping me off balance, please. Keep driving me mad and I'll be the happiest man on earth." He stroked her hair back and kissed the tip of her nose. "Bath, I think. Don't think I can stand up well enough for a shower. Bit worn out and I didn't even really do that much work."
