Oliver was setting up the tables as best he could. The glasses were in lines and he had the various liquors out as well as chilled butterbeer. Hearing Tracey coming through the floo he grinned. She had been a total angel in helping him with the planning. All he hoped was that it didn't turn into a scene for either of them.

"In here luv, how are you doing?"

She smiled and placed the bag on one of the tables. "Hello." she said as she began pulling things out and unshrinking them as she figured out places to put them.

"Do you think we may need more?" she asked pulling out more serving trays with finger foods, there were about a dozen.

Surveying the table, Oliver shook his head and then shrugged. "I think we're good for now, if we need more we know we have it. How does that sound?"

He knew that the guests would be there soon and hoped that everything would be ok.

"Do you have the stuff for the game?"

She nodded. "Oh, I have something for you." Since she knew he'd be interested in her study. Pulling out the small bound collections of research studies, she handed it to him, trying not to smile too much at her own, Mixed Signs: An in depth look at symbol variations of the Norse and Anglo-Saxon Runes

"Check out page 134."

Looking a bit confused, Oliver followed Tracey's instruction. The book did look rather interesting. Flipping to the page he read it over and then looked at her a little confused.

"I don't understand?"

She rolled her eyes. "Read the author's name."

Oliver's eyes read over the page and then went wide. He grinned as he pulled her close. "Really? Blimey Tracey, this is awesome. I am so proud of you!." With his arms around her waist, Oliver tipped her head to kiss her properly.

"I knew you could do it," he murmured into her hair."

Tracey smiled as he kissed her. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back. He was the first person she told. In fact, she purposefully didn't tell anyone else because she wanted to tell him first.

Pulling away slightly, she whispered, "We better stop or our guests are going to catch us."

"Who cares if they see us. It's my place right now I am so very proud of you." Oliver told her before kissing her again. Seeing her name in that book made him so happy for her. They would have to celebrate later when the guests were gone.

"Ok, I'll be good. Can we celebrate later?"

Kissing him back, she couldn't help but feeling...something...something positive. His reaction was slightly intoxicating.

"Absolutely." she gave him a quick kiss before stepping away to straighten up serving trays and plates.

"Great, 'til later then" Oliver confirmed giving her one last kiss before checking the table. "So you think tonight will go ok? We have loads of people coming in."

She smiled. "Well, a lot of people said they would attend, so that is a plus. I was afraid that no one would want to attend." she said. "I think it will go well. I'd say we'd have a success if we go two hours without anyone hexing someone."

"True," Oliver agreed but he couldn't help but frown. "Do you really think there will be hexing? I didn't put any wards up in here."

She shook her head. "No. I think those who are interested in getting along with the rest of the world said they come and those who don't decided not to."

She thought it was cute that he worried. "I'm sure everything will be fine."

"I hope you're right, I'd hate it if we had no one to socialize with should I want to ever share you." Oliver teased.

Eying his flat warily he wondered if it was too late to put shields around the photos.
