Attie,

I left the bruises. It's always nice to have a reminder.

I can't leave since I'm on call. I have to get up at dawn tomorrow, so I'm about to turn in. There's an Athena shaped empty spot in the bed next to me if you want to come climb in with me and keep me warm, you're welcome. If not, sleep tight.

Let's try a night out on Friday. I want to make sure I give you plenty of reasons to miss me when I'm in China next week.

I'm glad you like to keep reminders, I'd hate to be forgotten.

I think I could manage to keep you warm, love, I'll send Elphie ahead so I can pack a bag.
