I think that switching gears in school was a really good idea. I've found out I'm exceptionally gifted in chemistry labs and that with a little bit of effort, even the math part of chemistry makes sense. Also, for the first time in my life, I am able to successfully complete origami projects. I think it might be because I have been developing this math/science/logical part of my brain I have largely neglected.

I'm studying tonight and into tomorrow for a chemistry exam. Then I get to study for a math exam. I also have to rewrite an English paper. (I dislike English and love chemistry.)

Where do I see myself headed after all these classes that have nothing to do with anything? I'm not sure yet. I'm transferring to a four-year college, obviously. I'll be attending either Temple(my safety school) or the University of Chicago(my very-slight-chance-in-hell-of-being-accepted school). But the main reason of taking things I'm not very good at is self-improvement. I'm better for attempting these things.

But as far as what I want to do as a career, I'm completely clueless. I want a job that I can enjoy going to everyday, that's a little out of the ordinary, and that's an amazing learning experience for me. Money? Yeah, that's definitely secondary. If I'm meant to be poor, I'll be poor. If I'm meant to be rich, I'll be rich. But most likely, as long as I live within my means, I'll be comfortable no matter what my income level is.
