Well that week is finally over, which is a very good thing. I've more or less come to terms with myself, despite some more matters coming up at the last minute, which still need resolving. I've only got one week of nerviness left (and it better only be one week). Curses be to you, April.
Yesterday was fun, just like Ryan predicted--the EB-Games sponsered Marvel VS. Capcom 2 Tournament went well. Out of 16 people, I got third place--the top two were basically the kind of people who play the game so much so that unlimited hyper-ridiculous comboes aren't foreign to them. That's fine, though--third place is good for me. Ryan unfortunately got last place, which he blames on not being able to practice beforehand and choosing the wrong teams. He's probably more or less right, too.
A few hours were spent idling around after the tournament, and then at 7 was Mobile Christian's Jr./Sr. play...I thought it was better than last year's, personally. Unfortunately I missed out/blew my chances to help with it.
I got home somewhere around 10, and I thought the night was over after I finished reading ToyFare, but instead Chris called and I went over there looking at emulated Super Nintendo games until about 3 in the morning.
