Well, I think I'm finally out of the Doldrums! Feels great, too.
We're tie-dying shirts in Chemistry class (and when I do mine tomorrow, I think I'll actually care about it, unlike today), and there was a hilarious mishap. Mrs. Paul was heating water in a 10-liter beaker, and it cracked towards the bottom. They were going to try to carefully lift it up and pour it into a bucket, but when they did they quickly discovered that it was not just a normal crack, but it went all the way around the bottom of the beaker, causing the bottom to fall out and water to explode everywhere. Thankfully I had moved my bookbag out of the way a few minutes earlier.
District art show is tomorrow. Hope I do ok.
[A friend of mine] got in a wreck today before school...she was all right physically, and her car had a dent on the fender, but mostly she was shaken up and unhappy about the whole thing. I wanted to help out, but wasn't sure what to do...hopefully she'll feel better.
