Its Been Way To Long
HI Positive Pat here. I know its been a while since I have updated my LJ. I seem to spend my time updating and posting on Facebook nowadays. There has been so much going on over the past couple of years. I am so busy now with keeping up with everything happening in the film industry here is Atlanta, Ga. We have become such a film hub and Atlanta is now becoming known at the "Hollywood of the South" Its such an exciting whirlwind of film activity daily here now.
I am co-owner of the film company Lucky 13 Film and have been so busy with Producing & Directing films. If you have been following us on Facebook, you know what projects we have been doing but if not, here is what's been happening over the past 2 years.
In 2014 we won the Ga. Entertainment Award for Best Short for the Short Film Second Wind. The film is now going forward as a feature. In 2015 we had 2 films get into film festivals, Pigman & Behind the Chords and finished filming White Lightning,The Unbelievables & Lucky Codes. All are now in post production.
We are now working on 3 feature films: Second Wind, Forgotten Word & Shattered Illusions. All 3 films are in pre-production and we are putting together the film & financial decks for the films and signing on actors to star in the films.
After the first of the year, we will be filming a concept film for Shattered Illusions, which will be a short film that is a prequel to the feature film. The short film will be used for showing investors and will also be submitted to film festival. We will also be filming the trailer for the feature film Forgotten Word.
So as you can see, it's been a ride. Stay tuned over the next several months for more update. We are on a roll. I miss you all & think back fondly on all the times we all were on LJ and so involved with each other. All the fun and stories we had.
