Osker
Probably not too many fans of the band Osker on my LJ list, but I know at least Dub and Matt and such will enjoy this.

It's funny to see how much of a dick the lead singer is. Makes it pretty easy to see why they were always such a 'notorious' band.
In band news related to me ... A couple weekends ago, my band played a house show in Digby. Ever since I've been in bands, I've always wanted to play a house show with a ton of people, and I finally got to realize that "dream". The show was decent .. Pretty huge turnout, but a lot of people were just there to drink and socialize and not that many people were paying close attention to the music. It was still a lot of fun though and cool to play a show outside for that many people.
They were charging people to get in and everything ... We ended up making 500 dollars. That's going to go towards our trip to New Brunswick in July, when we go up there to play a show.
Speaking of shows, apparently we are playing at Stage 9 in Halifax on July 6th ... Hopefully people can come. It will be nice to play a show in Halifax for once.
