Whew!
back to nice old LJ.This is my first post since [?].
A LITTLE INFO : About two months or so, my pc's modem broke down due to unknown reasons.Perhaps it fainted from all the heavy and huge stuff I was saving and downloading from the Internet.Therefore, I had no time to revive it from the land of the unconcious/hire a substitute for this deceased object because of the finals.Only a few days ago, I went through several days of drama, travelling back and forth from the computer repairshop and the house. I was highly disappointed with my father for delaying the repair of this modem and I forged ahead, doing everything myself instead.
It paid off. Thank God for that.
FINALS
Some papers were terrbily easy, some mediocre and some plain hard. I did manage to secure the third place in class though and the thirteenth in the form.An unlucky position, I was aiming for the top ten but what is done is done.I admit I should've studied earlier and not a day or two before the actual exam, perhaps that would've done me more justice. I entered the body of a nerd during that ten days of examination [w/o the presence of glasses/the round purple-rimmed just make me have puffy eyes].I confess that being a nerd is somehow amusing and would like to take these 2 month school holidays to turn into a "skema" typical. If I succeed [am just too lazy these days].
GENTING HIGHLANDS SCHOOL TRIP
Downright fun.I just couldn't help myself from going on all those extreme rides. The adrenaline rush was amazing. Though now thinking back it wasn't THAT extreme anymore,compared to the way I felt when I was there. Who cares about all the cheesy stuff dearcharlene,Jane,Shal, Kush and I had we did. Including consuming packet after packet of sweet corn, chips and cotton candy. Speaking of cotton candy, here's a picture :
The packet of cotton candy burst all over poor Shamine,the sight was hilarious.If my memory is right, this happened after our goofy whim on the carousel. Guess we just couldn't resist the colourful and nostalgic ride there.My legs were killing me, advancing and reversing without a clue of where to end up.I reckoned we just walked without thinking, those jokes must've made us silly. Eventually we did have to go down from the highlands back to school.
