Much ado about something
I have this feeling of being perpetually behind. I've spent so much time getting ready for this weekend, only to realize that I'm still attending classes and should likely also be doing work. Looks like the Calculus book will be cracked open today. But on a better note, the only things that remain to be done on the home front are a little bit of cleaning and perhaps another run to the store.
Dream vacations:
Any pacific or caribbean island where I and my significant other bring only a small bag as luggage.
Weeklong stay at a winter lodge with complimentary fireplace and rug. Who needs beds if there is a fire and a rug? Of course, this again requires my significant other, as all dream vacations do.
Trek across Europe. With no particular place to go, starting in the heart of Spain, drinking and laughing across the Spanish country side, then across the Pyrennes and through France, the riviera, Italy or north to Belgium and the Lowlands. There is plenty of happy to go around.
On the water with a sailing ship and several friends, touring the Med. or Caribbean. Or Australia!!
An extended weekend in Washington DC with a special someone, where we get to enjoy as many of the finer aspects of the city and each other as we can within the short timespan given.
