happy rock star
so a few cool things happened yesterday
did the class thing, no big deal. went over to em's to run through the songs with ellen for wednesday. but after we finished i was just sitting there, minding my own business, when em and eek** disappeared for a few min....
when they came back, i got an easter card from them (which included a man-bashing joke...this means war, woman!) thanking me for driving them around everywhere and included a hefty gift card to wawa (my sub deffinitely tasted better last nite). i deffinitely felt loved...it was nice
so when i got my email later last nite i got some new awesome info: apparently the writeup about WAE's demo in the upcoming issue of aquarian is quite flattering. the dude emailed me last nite offering us a few shows that he runs. but then i found out something else -- the very issue we're mentioned in includes the official guide to skate and surf...and will be passed out to everyone who goes to the fest. that's like 10,000 people our name will be getting out to. how freakin cool is that?!
** -- much to her dismay, i found out ellen's middle name is elizabeth...ellen elizabeth kasiske...her freakin name is EEK. i will never call her by her first name ever again
