Dave is probably going to be fired for work. He's on admin leave (aka, you're fired, but we have to finish the paperwork) because the store manager found out he was doing install on the side for customers. Since work doesn't insure him, as they do their "certified" installers, they are now going to fire his ass. That sucks balls cause he goes above and beyond budget for his department and doesn't get any recognition from his bosses for it. He's also worked with me for close to 2 years...so much for showing appreciation eh? I always told him it was a bad idea to do those installs...
