OK~, deep breath. To start things off, I've been nocturnal the past two weeks. I have no idea why but I'm just not falling asleep at night until early in the morning ~6am-ish. Though it isn't much of a problem at this moment (partially to blame is my ridiculous early morning/late evening class schedule) I am quite fed up with it and I'm now determined to correct this just as ridiculous of a habit.
Now I'm no psychologist, so I can only try the obvious. Which in my case is not sleeping for a day until the following evening. Previously I have tried taking sleeping pills before bedtime, but that turned out to be just as ridiculous as not sleeping at all. Anyhow, this time around I will be forcing myself to wake up at 9am (which I know is already pretty damn late) and sleep at 11pm the following evening (latest).
As to whether this will succeed or not, I shall find out Day Two.
BTW: somehow the time/date of posting is screwed up. I'm too tired (read: lazy) to change it. So it's actually 5:40am right now. And so yes, I have become nocturnal.
