There's a horrible convoluted spoilery explanation that I won't go into, but basically, Garcian is one of seven alternate personalities of an old man named Harman Smith, who is the Smith Syndicate. They all have their own bodies. They're assassins. Don't mess with 'em. 8D Garcian will not shift to another personality unless you turn a recording device on him, but if one of your characters has a camera and you want him to switch, gimme a number between 1 and 7. Or just pick a Smith.)
