Considering that Gensokyo was about to be taken over by people from the moon, was about to be blown up by a power-hungry nuclear-powered raven youkai, and almost had Spring sucked up by a demonic tree that was about to be revived? I suppose you could say that it is messed up, indeed. But, the place is often lovely at times of peace.
