May 24th, 1982
Well, today is a work from home day, since Ali has to work a double and I don't actually have to go into any meetings or otherwise have to interact with another adult if I so choose to. I'm just not getting a lot done because Tommy is being his usual adorable but slightly mischievous self and thus requires every last strand of my attention.
Since my sisters are all going to a wedding this Saturday, I figured I would be the Good Uncle who volunteers to watch his niece while they're all out enjoying things. It'll be good for a night in, anyway. And there might be an overnight involved, if Mummy happens to have one too many! But that's okay, Tommy enjoys playing with his cousin, even if he doesn't quite realise yet that Millie always bosses him around.
At least Millie doesn't have enough Quidditch toys to fill a store (because one was definitely bought out). I keep sitting on toy brooms. And I nearly tripped over a stuffed Quaffle this afternoon. But she does have all those duck-related things... Hmm.

I think that is my son telling me to put this away and go and fetch him another round of breakfast.
