So, ass surgery happens in 5.75 hours. After they remove the cyst and outlying dead tissue from near my tailbone (2.5x1x2"), I will be sewn up with a drainage tube inserted for maximum humiliation. I will be stuck lying on my stomach for two weeks until the stitches come out. Here is an accurate depiction of how I'm feeling about this at the moment.
In other news, my ex boyfriend came by to wish me well and wound up clumsily molesting me instead. See the above as a reference to my reaction.
Anyhow, I will be missing for a week or two during recovery. Don't cry for me, Argentina. Alas, poor Yorick. Etc.
