There's no such thing. Sepia toning is done to the prints themselves, after they are processed. You can tone prints yourself at home using a bleach compound and the sepia dye. That stuff can be bought at lens and shutter or any big photo supply store. Alternately, you can just soak some black and white prints in strong tea for a while. However, that won't give it a faded look, but instead will turn the whole thing tan, even the whites. For best results you should buy the chemicals needed. They come in pretty much every colour besides sepia, too.
