some lady called in asking if she could get an increase on her credit line. and i noticed she was from new orleans. and like she wasn't able to get an increase. so i tell her, and she like pleads with me, and tells me she just needs to buy some clothes for her kids. i called a supervisor and he told me i couldn't.
