LJ policy clarification
Livejournal and Six Apart have clarified their position regarding underage works of art here.
This will obviously affect posts in pornish_pixies. At the moment I'm considering several options and I'll let you guys know hopefully by tomorrow how things might change here. My utmost concern at the moment is to protect the artists and writers in the community and I've asked for further clarification of LJ's policy here. We'll see what sort of response they have.
I would like artists and authors to continue to lock their posts down as they can, and I'd like watchers 18 and older to please join the community and leave a comment here with an age statement. IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE A COMMENT WITH AN AGE STATEMENT, YOU WILL BE DELETED FROM THE COMMUNITY WHEN WE BEGIN CHECKING AGES. I would strongly suggest all individuals who have joined go and post an age statement in the comments of this previous post. (Please note: do not leave your comment in this post; it will not be included in the list volunteers will checking against userinfos and therefore you might be accidentally deleted from the comm.)
