The fact that Johnny is chasing after Gyro's "balls" is not dirty in any way. Dio and Jonathan had NO CHEMISTRY AND NO SEXUAL TENSION. Joseph and Caesar were JUST FRIENDS. And the same goes for Jotaro and Kakyouin or Kakyouin and Polnareff if that's your thing, and Bucciarati and Abbacchio, and...well, just stop it already!
