Mudra Boy Part 2
*OMmm* *OMmm* *OMmm* and so goes the 3 OMmms..and we were facilitated into the meditation by Tim. Today was quite an impromtu session, we had the idea of doing the part 2 when i was having lunch with Ja. Only 4 of us made it this time. But it was still a 5 hour long session of high! (I got another Indian Godess this time, Saravathi.....what the? hehe)
Well, we failed to experience the journey to space the first time. Guess we weren't really feeling comfy, and we had a 2nd go. Now this time, *hiak hiak hiak* is the time of my life! I was following Tim's guidiance until i got irritated cos i ain't experiencing anything when i decided to take off from there, ON MY OWN. I gave the intent, that i want to experience and from there i went. Can you imagine seeing your hands with your eyes wide shut? It was like i had X-ray eyes, i could see my hands go into movements. This time it was more elaborate, my fingers were "butterflying" as well. (I thought is was very girly, but Tim said it was beautiful)I was again fully aware of what was happening, i chose to experience so i let it go.
This time, everyone saw my every gesture cause they were "brought back" way before i did. I knew they saw my Mudra-ing and I was embarassed. I could have gone on (cause i wasnt listening to Tim's awakening), but i gave the intent to stop because everyone's looking (I was shy *blush*). And so it stopped and i just couldnt wait to share my experience with the group.
We had some answers from card reading and it make me understand more about myself and my fears. NEvertheless i was still the usual me, rattering non stop making people laugh (hope they are not irritated, though i think they sure are).
Tonight is sure a wonderful night for me and the rest. I am so going to meditate again. Oh by the way, I was doing a healing mudra, healing the poor sick J. boy. Hey J. boy, i can heal hor? hehe
