Baking Day Tally
10 loaves wrapped and labeled in the freezer. (Banana bread - walnut! Banana bread - pecan! Banana bread - raisin!) Somewhere in there I forgot it was the 24th and started writing 23 July, so they look like they were made on different days. Meh.
One loaf is still in my kitchen; Acorn will want to try the chocolate chip variety in the morning. Another loaf went to my parents' house.
Tomorrow, play date with Acorn's best friend, job applications, two more loaves from the last 7 bananas plus 2+ loaves to use up the zucchini. (In the end, I quit because I ran out of sugar. Thought I'd gotten more, but found it was extraneous flour instead.)
I haven't had my freezer properly stocked with pre-prepped homemade meals since 2006. This represents a good start.
