Of course, since I waited more than a week to post these, we've since had Take Two, with a new character added. Anyway: Onward!
The Ginger Brigade The Primal Defenders face down a refugee from Blue Man Group. (Dane, keep your eyes above the equator.)
Left to right: Quallan (Quall,
iceraptoress); Qab'bago (
anthoras); Orae (Rae, yours truly); Adaon (Dane,
laridian); and an alien NPC. How is the one with the longest name the only one without a nickname?
When I created my smuggler, I tried out the name randomizer a few times.
Maybe that's Orae's secret code name?
Dane's words don't match where he's looking.
Dane: "How... how could you accuse me of such a thing?"
I tried to capture some decent pics of each character, as well as some images showing the facial expressions which are so rare in SW:TOR.
Quall, honey. Smile for the camera next time, maybe?

Orae and Qab'bago look on in horror. At what?

"Dane added a 'c' to his name!"
(If I had decent icon-making skills, I would mock one up that said "DANCE" with the "c" squeezed into "DANE.")
Orae: "Some people get to have all the fun."

At the time I took these, Laridian needed an image for an icon for Dane. That's no longer necessary, but I thought I'd share these anyway. (Again, from two separate scenes, in separate places, at separate times. Yes, the everpresent neutral-face bugs me.)

First Officer Haken: "What's that blond guy doing here?"

After the team saves the day, Orae and Dane share a quiet moment in front of a romantic sunset, while observing an appropriate amount of personal space.
Orae: "Eyes above the equator, Dane."
Earlier, on the ship, Qab'bago took time off from saving the day to show Dane a few moves.
Qab'bago: "Like this."
Dane: "Yeah?"
Dane: "Woo, I've got this now!"
Qab'bago: "...The moment's over, Dane."

Later, the crisis past, they all relax with a mini dance party. (Except Quall. He was embarrassed by the whole thing, even though he told Orae that Jedi are allowed to dance if they want to.)

And the players relaxed with some OoC chatter:
Perhaps inevitably, someone had a few too many and started dancing on the tables instead of the floor. Then Dane tried to share Orae's table, and...
Qab'bago: "Um... Should you be doing that in public?"
Qab'bago: "Oh, well. Boogie down!"

I alluded before to Orae being flirted with by a sizable proportion of the male NPCs. This gambling king is a fairly typical example.
If you can't read the text, it says, "Forgive me for being so forward, but you're more radiant than a Tatooine sunset."
Laridian, when you play Dane through this part, I'd like to be there, if it's possible. I'm very curious about what the dialogue is like when you have a male smuggler.
Probably no one will be surprised that Orae told him to back off. I accidentally cropped the dialogue, but it was something like, "Damas, you're slicker than a greased Hutt."

So Orae tells him what she's after: the scum who stole her ship. Darmas knows the guy. "He's known to be in the Sith Empire's pocket, and he even cheats at cards."
![](http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3730/9070041261_88142d269e_z.jpg)
"If there's one thing I hate, it's a card cheat."
![](http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5474/9070041095_daf5063c7e_z.jpg)
Darmas leans on an invisible lectern. "Oh, my... beauty, intelligence, and fine moral values -- what's not to like?"
![](http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7453/9070041051_4d3cfbbeec_z.jpg)
Orae: "Sorry. Mimes aren't my type."

Yeah, compared with that sort of thing, Dane telling Orae that her hair smells nice comes off as goofy and innocent.
By the way, Orae's name is actually pronounced like the word "awry." So when we call her Rae, it would be said "rye." (She's probably used to having it mispronounced, though, and would answer to "Ray" anyway.) An appropriate affectionate nickname would be Orrie, but that's actually longer to type (though shorter to say), so I doubt it'll see much use.
