I did the make bad things happen thing today with alli... that shit hasn't happened in so many years...
but.. i said "I'm worried about my car because nothing has broken yet & it has over 100k miles on it"
and, tonight, at work, on my very first delivery.. my car's engine started making a really fucked up noise at 1500 and 2500rpm.
and who knows what that shit's all about?
So, first thing in the morning, i'm taking my car to have the oil changed.. because I thought maybe it was the oil because i know i have a small oil leak.. so i checked my oil & it was horrifyingly low.. and then i bought 2quarts of oil at the gas station & put them in.. and then my oil was over the maximum dot.. and then i was one of the most confused people in the world... first of all that my oil had been so low after i had put a quart in YESTERDAY before driving to lake greenwood... second of all that i check my oil & it was very very low.. put in 2 quarts & then it was too high.. like.. how is that possible? i don't understand! i hate cars.
i looked up shit online.. and it's possible my oil pump is bad & that could be causing the problem..
it's also possible it could be the hydraulic synchronizer or some crazy bullshit engine-part no one has ever heard of...
if it's not just the oil.. i'm rooting for the oil pump. that sounds a lot less expensive.. 2 simple words.. 'oil'... and 'pump'... words like 'hydraulic' and 'synchronizer' sound a lot more pricey...
