Our Privilege, Our Opportunity, Our Vote
We were founded upon the intellectual notion that as a group we will make the right choices. I'm not sure that this has always happened, but I think we are moving in the right direction slowly, and today we have the opportunity given by those brave men and women who dared to think differently when they declared independence from the British Empire, and when they said that we would be ruled by We the People.
Today, we may have the first African American President. Today we may have change. But we can not be complacent. We must use our voice, we must vote. Whether you agree or disagree with me, please make your voice heard, and vote.
