Wow - it has definitely been a long time since I last wrote...longer than I remember.
Anyway, things are actually going pretty well. I thought Daniel and I were not going to patch things up, but I think we are getting along better than ever. Weird how something so messed up can make things better in the end. I miss myspace though, sad as that sounds. It makes me realize who really cares to make the effort to keep in touch though. (not aimed at long-distant folk, btw)
Things are going decently at work. I have to have a doc's note everytime I am out with a migraine though, which is LAME. But I think my bosses are finally realizing that I am actually an asset to them. I am printing a new Medi-cal formulary with my own ink and paper as we speak, which I should not have to do. It's really pathetic how out-dated a lot of our important materials are.
My uncle's 50th birthday party was yesterday. He had a Hawaiian theme going on. It was pretty fun. Everyone dressed in crazy Hawaiian prints. Kinda scary actually. It was also his 5th birthday this year. The docs told him he had two months to live when he was diagnosed with cancer. It's been five years since his would-be-death, and he counts that as getting a second chance of life. A kind of re-birth. It was really fun. I got him some Legos. haha. Batman no less.
Anyway, tis late and I still have some house keeping to do. I shall try to write more frequently, it's hard to get to the computer nowadays since it is not in a common area. I really have a lot more to say. Til then...
