This site is ridiculous! I would really like to know why anyone needs a $395.00 phone. Or why anyone would pay $1000 dollars for a "supreme portable music device". I mean, I guess the products made by Bang & Olufson are kind of cool looking, but honestly, the fact that such things as a 42" television screen shaped like a framed photograph even exists just seems to further indicate the utter ridiculousness of the rich and powerful. How boring it would be to have so much money you had to *invent* pointlessly expensive things just to find a way to spend your money. How titillating, to have an architecturally designed speaker system bigger than a car.
You can just imagine this kind of shit in the penthouse of some upper east side New York apartment, where guys in Oliver Peoples glasses and black turtlenecks under Armani jackets talk about their boring lives among ugly Andy Warhol prints.
