Satisfaction is automatic!
So, I'm kind of obsessed with the idea of the automat. I just watched this thing on the news about one that just opened this month in NYC called BAMN! Basically, you just drop coins in, open the little stocked drawers they refill every 15 min. and pull out awesome shit like grilled cheese, pizza, fried chicken, teriyaki burgers, peanut butter and jelly empanadas, or mac and cheese croquettes and feast. It's the greatest concept ever and I'm sooooo glad someone has finally moved it into this century. They describe it as: "The automat (a vending machine covered in windowed compartments that display hot, fresh food) features hearty comfort food choices - some with an Asian twist - at vintage prices." There hasn't been one in NYC since 1991. I'm going as soon as I can get there and all I can say is: Glee!
