Things I ate over the weekend (so certain people don't think I ate and ate and ate and still lost that half a pound):
Friday
1 cinnamon bun
12 pc chicken McNuggets
1/2 large McDonald's fries
3+ sodas
2+ OJ & vodka
Saturday
nachos and cheese
1 burrito
2+ sodas
3+ vodka & Coke
Sunday
1 burrito
1 soda
1 Mountain Dew Amp
While what I ate was bad for me, I really didn't eat a lot. Was I hungry for most of the weekend? Yes. But I just didn't eat. It's not exactly healthy, so I don't recommend it. And I know I shouldn't "lose weight" this way, yet I just don't eat any more.
