FUCK. SCANNERS. SRSLY.
I am in a terrible mood. I am in a terrible mood because my scanner is STILL refusing to scan things. It starts out alright and about the first 1/8th of the picture is scanned. But then, it starts making this horrible rumbling noise and the rest of the picture comes out a smushed blur. This is an old scanner and I really need a new one but, damn it, I HAVE TOO MANY OTHER THINGS TO FOCUS MY MONEY ON RIGHT NOW.
Anyways, what I was trying to scan was a Dan/Ror pic I drew while
miss_bushido and I were RP'ing. It actually came out halfway decent so I was hoping to get it on the home computer and at the very least do the line work for it. But, no, of COURSE my scanner decides to curl up and die when I finally half something that won't cause your retinas to bleed.
I guess I really should be working on this backview of Rorschach that I started god knows how long ago. So far all I have done is the lineart and the base colors, so I still have quite a bit of shading and texturing to do before it stops looking like shit. Here's what's done so far so that you can all pity me and my limited artistic abilities;
Also I need to fix the fack that he is tilted to the side. Pretty sure I scanned the original sketch crooked or something because, uh... Well it didn't look like that before.
Might post some more sketches later. Currently running on all of about 3 and a half hours of sleep due to the fact that Megs and I have been staying up talking all night the past... What, like three nights? Either way, FUCK I AM TIRED.
