Wow. You did a really brilliant job setting up tension here, I love this. Nothing quite like Rorschach feeling guilty for Dan getting hurt and being sure that Dan's gonna break up with him break off their partnership. Something about the paragraphs with Jenny is really striking, and I'm not entirely sure why. Great job. <3

Thanks <3. And oh man now I have a picture of Rorschach being an annoyingly clingy girlfriend asking "IS EVERYTHING ALRIGHT? SEEMED DISTANT TODAY, DANIEL." Every time Dan forgets to tell him how *OMG BEAUTIFUL* he is. Also I am picturing him as a cheerleader and this is NOT. OK.

The first thing Daniel mumbles when his eyes manage to open is “Rorschach,” and it’s weak but audible as it tumbles from his lips, and if Rorschach wasn’t already broken it would shatter him all over again.

My favourite line.

oh god, the way this is written is so awesome, it had me freaking out the entire time (in the good 'wow this story is making me feel something' way)
