I'll be seeing that badass for the fifth time on Friday.
STORY OF THE DAY:
So I'm on the phone with one of our distributors at 4:30 today,
and an announcement comes on.
"All male Camping Time employees drop everything you are doing and report to the unloading bay immediately.
All customers need to vacate the primises immediately."
So I get back there, and find out that two men have tried an armed carjacking up the road
and were heading our way.
About 5 cop cars blocked the road to get to us,
and cops were searching the Home Depot Landscaping buildings and the nearby hotels.
We all had the great job of going through the lot,
searching every compartment door, every bathroom, every closet, anywhere they could be inside those RV's.
Then locking them up.
Two of the managers were walking around with guns tucked in their pants,
and we covered the whole lot.
It was freaky opening every door, not knowing what would be on the other side.
But we covered the whole lot, and locked everything up.
As we were leaving, cops still had spotlights everywhere and searching with guns and all that..
In other news,
the company was voted Best RV Dealership in the country for 2005.
We're getting pictures taken for a few magazines this week.
Pretty cool.
RANDOM UPDATES:
My knee has been really bad for the past few weeks,
I don't know how I messed it up so bad, but I've been to the doctor and got some pain pills,
and Friday I'll find out if I need surgery :-(
My parents call me peg-leg now, because I have a really bad problem with stairs lol..
I had a lotta fun this past weekend.
Went to a few parties, helped Taylor break in his new house.
I bought a new bed, too.
I've never slept better, I'm totally going to bed early tonight.
Blehhh, I'm bored and ready for Coheed/Underoath on Friday!
