It is only with the stillness and the silence of a winters night - disturbed slightly by the flicker of candlelight - that one can fully realise the full cost of just asking for any lighter in any shop nowadays. Yes, it's a colour i do naturally recognise as being of this planet. Yes, I get a mini-torch and yes it refills, but not even at this black hole in time does a pack of 10 cigarettes cost over a fiver. Should I have checked my change? Is it my fault? I’ll need a lawyer, surely. One of those “100% lawyers, 100% for me” should do, that guy off the Bill HAS been haranguing me for months…
