christmas-time
it's christmas eve.
we're heading to church tonight with my family then over to my sister's for festive food 'n fun.
tomorrow morning we'll enjoy the morning with my parent's then off to stoneycreek to see the in-laws for the afternoon and christmas dinner.
then on boxing day we'll be heading back to my sis's for a HUGE x-mas dinner with her hubby's whole side of the fam.
then sunday i am hoping that scouty and i will chill out all day and either watch movies, read, nap or all of the above.
he's now off work for 4 nights! yippee! we actually get to sleep together at the same time! what a thrill!

we celebrated the winter solstice by walking up at well before dawn on monday morning and heading out to a bog i'd heard about at the other end of the city.
it was so quiet and so peaceful.
we had been so spoiled living in the country with nature literally right out our door step. and we sure do miss it.
so it was nice to go and hug trees and leave offerings and just be together in the quiet of the woods.
then of course we needed to celebrate with a glorious feast so we headed to cora's for super-yummy grub! delish!

i'm so happy to be pregnant!
still feels so surreal yet i love it so much i don't want it to end!
i'm glad i'm pregnant at christmas. don't know why. just am.
have been reading about home birth experiences and getting sooooo excited! these stories are so inspiring. i wish every womyn would read these before making any decisions.

time for lunch or a snack. or anything. best thing about pregnancy....EATING!!!!!
