This weekend was really what I needed. I did absolutely no work whatsoever, and though I may be paying for it now, at the time, I didn't really care. Friday and Saturday I went to my aunt's house in Long Island. My mom and my sisters also came up for the weekend too. We chilled at the house, visited my aunt's horse Mr. Cinnamon, and got early Christmas presents (yay). I got an illustrated version of Dracula, socks, a Henna Tattoo kit, and an egg nog mix. Sunday was Khalid's birthday, so I ate at a cool Indian/Chinese restaurant with him and his friends. After that, me and him went to Barnes and Nobles to buy "The Emperors New Groove" and "The Big Lebowski." Then, we went to Khols for a bit, where he bought me a cool NYU hoodie (which proved very useful today in the freezing cold weather) and my mom's Christmas present (a nice watch). After that, we saw Borat. It was definitely overhyped, but it did have its moments. Still on movie mode, we went back to his house to watch "The Emperors New Groove" and make his birthday cake. Overall, this weekend was simply wonderful.
Now I have to:
1) figure out how the hell I'm going to pull off my Italian oral
2) figure out how I'm going to pull off my last assignment for my writing class (which my professor is extreamly vague about and just today decided to add even more stuff on to the project...grrr)
3) finish both 1 and 2 so I can muster up the motivation to finish my paper for my American Shakespeare class
