My weekend and Monday
On Friday after work I went to my friends house for a little bit. i had some pizza for dinner. And then I went home and went roller-blading. I had to use my sister's rollerblades since I don't have mine anymore. Boy were her wheels good! but the brake wasn't so I didn't use the brake at all. Then I came home and went on my laptop and then straightened my hair. On Saturday I woke up at 8:30 cause i was going on the Jungle Queen Sightseeing cruise thing in Fort Lauderdale. I left my house at 10:30. I was going with my friend and her family and her parents next door neighbors. we stopped at Mcdonalds on the way and then once we got there we ate our McDonalds. We got on the boat at 1:00. and it left at like 1:30 i think. It was a really nice 50 minute sightseeing trip and then we got to this island and we got off the boat and walked around. We saw some monkeys and iguanas and alligators. we even saw alligator wrestling. Then we got back on the boat and headed back. When we got off the boat, we went home. We had a barbecue. I had a cheeseburger and some french fries and thats all i can remember. On Sunday I went to the pool and layed out in the sun and then i went back to my friends house. we had layed out in the sun together at the pool. then we went to the store and then came back and had chicken on the grill. i went home before 10 cause i was tired and I had to work the next day.
On Monday I woke up at 7:30 cause i thought that maybe i would get called to come in at 9:30. I showered and straightened my hair and then had breakfast. They still hadnt called. but while i was eating breakfast, my boss called me and asked me if I could come in at 9:30. I said sure. So i quickly finished eating and then brushed my teeth and put my scrubs on. then i left. The kids were doing finger painting or something and i hung up their paintings on the ceiling by a clip thingie. looked like a mini clothes pin. then we went outside and they played for a half hour and then we came inside and I started cleaning up and then they had lunch and I got their cots out and put their sheets on it and blankets. then they went down for a nap. One girl woke up before i went on break so I had to take her into the hall so she wouldnt wake up anyone else. i went on break from 1-1:30. I went to bjs wholesale club and got some chicken tenders, a large chocolate chip cookie, and a coca cola. then i went back to work. most of the kids were awake. I gave them their snack and put away their cots. then they played and I changed 7 kids diapers and then one of the other teacher assistants changed the other 7 kids diapers. then we went outside for a while and then came inside and they had some juice. then they played for a little bit and then they were all gone before 6. I stayed after to close with someone. we were chatting. the last kid went home by 6:30 I think it was. then when i got home i had dinner and then came on my laptop for a little bit after washing my hair and then watched "Little People Big World". then i straightened my hair. well that was my day! bye!
