What a lengthy post this one is!
It's been a while... thought it was time for an update on my extremely busy life.... Let's see... I have this HUGE paper due Thursday that I cannot get motivated to work on - it's so frustrating to me - I used to be soooo good about doing work and being really motivated and stuff, but nope - it's all gone! Oh well, I guess I'll get it done somehow...
This weekend was a blast. Thursday night, Steve and I went out and got hammered and had a great time as usual... We thought it would be fun to fill in for Amanda Love on Friday.... hehe.... everything came out OK, but boy was it hectic trying to pull shit together at the last minute! I did 'My Prerogative', which I enjoyed soooo fucking much - it just felt like the song was about me while I was doing.... I also did 'I Touch Myself' - The Dance Mix.... Also enjoyed this one.... since I was FUCKED UP, I had ZERO inhibitions and was doing X-rated shit - even managed to show some ballage during the number, hehe... Oh well - I don't care... it was about me having fun that night and I certainly did!!! Have another show on November 12th... not sure what I'm gonna be doin for that one - guess I'll start pulling shit together when this paper is done Thursday.
Has anyone noticed how fucking often I use ellipsis????? It's like every other fuckin word I'm throwing '....' in... NOt sure (See I just did it fuckin again, haha) Anyway, not sure why I do it, I think I use it as space for when I'm thinking...
There has been sort of a drought with guys lately - well good ones, anyway! Adam has been calling and seeming like he wants to get together, but I think we came to the understanding that we both love each other and want to be with each other, but now just isn't a feasible time for that to happen.... I think I can live with that for the time being. All the other guys I've encountered have serious ego problems or have been assholes or say they like me, but can't deal with the drag thing... Seriously - if that is even the slightest issue for a guy, I think they seriously need to reevaluate the criteria they use for picking guys... What about the fact that I'm not a druggie, that I'm caring, that I'm hilarious, that I have goals, etc...... OH well - it's cool though, cause I have a song in my next show just for you guys!!!!!
Been hanging out with Steve a lot lately - always a good time! He's the one guy I can always rely on... I'm always surprised how well we avoid drama and how much we are on the exact same page about things... furthermore, he's one of the only gay guys I can actually have an intellectual convo with.... I love ya Steve!!!! (kiss)
Going out of town this weekend for Halloween... sort of disappointed, but not really - I'm really not all that into dressing up necessarily.. I usually just do it because everyone else does. Oh well, I'll be back out the following week with a vengeance.
