mr. alera threw me a surprise party.

seriously.

a surprise party for my birthday.

and he had jacob invite a bunch of people... and i had no idea... and jacob told me the other day that mr. a needed to see me after school today

and i went

and all these people started showing up

and i was like oh maybe he wants to talk to us about the play he's gonna do

but then he was like shay could you leave for a minute

and i was like uhhhh.... yeah?

and when i came back in they had turned off the lights

and they were all wearing those adorably dorky pointy cone birthday hats

and they were singing happy birthday

and there was a cake with candles

and soda

and tara was there

and travis

and carly brown

and charlie

and a bunch of other people

and i had NO idea

and i cried.
