In Texas
Arrived here last night about 9:30. Pretty good timing on the trip. Took about 5:30 hours. I listened to a book on CD, fiction about the Knights Templar. Pretty intriguing book. Makes me want to find some non fiction about the knights. Compare and contrast sort of thing. I know a few things about them from my Masonic family roots, but not enough. Anyway, the book was a great last minute idea that I took a chance on, since normally I am hesitant to try out new authors. Yay me for breaking out of the rut. Now I am looking forward to the ride home to finish the novel. I have about 2 1/2 discs left, which should get me only part way home.
I am waiting for a call back from the hotel I am hoping to meet with today and then will figure out what I need to do with the rest of my day.
