Being Super Positive
Not everyone can write a post like darryl, so we dont try. but i feel like posting anyway. IS THAT OK DARRYL?!?!?!?!?!? you motherfucker.
I went "back to skool" shopping the other day with sam. We got shoes and socks and paper. then we spent the rest of our money on dvds and games. I got Wrestlemania 20 and Versus and a bunch of magic cards. i havent spent any money on me this summer besides food the entire time. i owe myself a new movie or two. i consider this valid under the "back to skool" title.
My bro bought They Live and Two Towers for Xbox. good purchases as well.
this summer, adam and i recorded 22 songs. not bad at all. i dont expect anything from anyone but if you want to hear em, id love to show em off. if you want to record, just let me know, too. I want to make a cd with my friends this semester. I am going to blow the door off music and make things that change music. that is my gameplan. if you want in, you are ALL welcome.
I head back to skool on the 1st. cant wait.
I am sooo siq of people on my boat talking about the red sox so this semester and next, i am going to try and watch a bunch of football. all this baseball summer talk has reminded me about how much i love football so i am going to hit that hard this skool year. or atleast i hope to. i have much higher priorities.

4. Maintaining the radio station
5. anything else
those are my priorities. if you are selfish and think you dont fit into any of these or only one of these, you are a fool. They all blend together and i can hang out and do skool work, or i can record at the station or whatever. it all works out. i have no reason to not see everyone who is my friend and therefore it will all be good.
I found all my old photos i took in High School photography. that was such a weird time when i think back on it. my friends have changed soo much since then. One of the biggest people in my life at that time is never around anymore, let alone doing anything creative. and another person who i barely knew then has become the best friend i have. I guess a lot of things can change in 4 years.
I found this picture of Adam from when we walked the pipeline. that was one of the biggest days of my life and adam told me that this picture means a lot to him. im glad i have a copy of it cos now everytime i see it, i feel good. its funny that i found a picture of adam smiling at me and one of paul giving me the finger. it feels like i could have taken these yesterday.
but hey, he just smiled and gave me a vegamite sandwich.
