Alright so every since i got into JE I have been a bit japanese crazy. from sushi to, jpop, jrock, kimonos, japanese technology to eating champions.
Are you aware of Kobayashi Takeru? The twenty something year old japanese eating champion? he holds the world record for most cow brains, hot dogs, hamburgers, sushi, rice balls, dragon buns. He has won the nathan hot dogs eating contest since 2001, his record is 53.5 hot dogs.
this time despite a jaw injury he is still back to compete for the title. I LOVE him, a real champion. He's the Kame of competitive eating.

I really want to go see him in NYC on July 4th but i can't because it's too far and will take all day. And I can't see him next year because my plan is a trip to china. I don't think I'll ever met my hero. I love him. He's so hard working and cute, cool as well.
