[no. no, he's not. he's effectively just lost his best friend, and no matter what he thinks or wants to believe, he can't be certain that Roxas isn't right and everything he remembers is wrong.

his expression blanks out again as he bows his head, staring at the ground between them. mechanically:]

[briefly he thinks maybe he should go find Axel. But what if the other just confirms this? Is Axel even still Axel right now? God, it hurts to even consider, and it shows on Xion's face. Deciding he doesn't want to take the risk, he takes a step back.]
