General update
I haven't posted in a really long time. Things are going well. Matt and I have an apartment together and we're handling everything just fine. We have a little baby kitty named Mirta. We adopted her Sept. 28, so we've had her for about 3 weeks now and already she's had a respiratory infection, but she's okay now. I'm still in school. I'll be walking in December and finishing up my classes in the spring. I only have 13 hours to finish total, so I'm taking 11 right now and 4 in the spring.
I have a practicum at Heritage Hospice and it's definitely teaching me some things. I've already had to deal with a client's death and then transitioning to a new client the very next session. But it's confirmed more than ever how much I want to work in hospice.
Life is generally good. Just have to finish up all my classes and pass all of them. But that shouldn't be a problem.
I'll post some pics of kitt'ika now.
