DS fic...pretty much anything I can get my hands on, with a distinct bias towards F/K. Because I personally subtitle seasons 3/4 "BENTON FRASER GETS A BOYFRIEND." I've read some kickass gen fic, too--including an Angel: the Series crossover where Fraser and Charles Gunn are partners crossing America and hunting demons. And another one where Fraser is half-Inuit. And another one where Fraser's grandfather is trans, that one is still fantastically amazing. Shall I give links?
(IDK, dS is a weird fandom for me to rec fic in--like I feel 15000 fic reccers have covered it? And it's been around so long that it's hard to know what to rec that hasn't already been read by everyone.)
Sherlock is...special. I saw the first two seasons and liked them, and I've read some really stellar fic for it, but frankly I dropped the series after season 2 because of all the dismissiveness towards, uh, continuity, fan investment, etc. But if you want some weird/awesome recs I might be able to help out there.
Due South is so much fun to revel in! It probably doesn't help that right now I'm finding it, uh, particularly relevant given the sociopolitical climate. :/ But it's currently my happy place and I hope it stays that way for a long while.
Seasons 3/4 was definitely FRASER GETS A BOYFRIEND. There were some crazy, slashy moments in that show. I haven't read any gen at all. I totally get how it feels to rec in an older fandom - feels like everything good has been mentioned. BUT due south is an interesting fandom, for me: I really love it, but I haven't read a whole lot in it. So rec lists are always a boon for me XD
You can rec me some Sherlock stuff, but don't go out of your way. I can't promise I'll finish any of the fics, and I don't want you to feel your time was wasted~

Okay, so: due South fic--
Twenty-Two Valentines, Twenty-Two Years by sageness, for some Bob/Caroline/Buck feels. (I have a soft spot for weird and out-there pairings/trios that just work.)
Katabasis by Aria, because I am a fucking sucker for mythological themes.
Deja Vu All Over Again by vienna waits--speaking of gen, how about some gen from a non-main character? This is a really awesome fic from Lt Welsh's POV, with a little F/K in the background if you squint and some Welsh/Francesca (which is a tiny pairing that I ADORE and doesn't get written enough).
The Day the World Turned Grey by ButterflyGhost--zombies + due South. It's weird but it kind of works? Bonus points for Ray Vecchio being awesome, Francesca being awesome, and a trans original character that is treated with respect. (<3 Lola, okay.)
All the Comforts of Home by rattlecatcher is a fic I've re-read I don't know how many times. Old (2003ish) but really good.
(Unless otherwise noted, all fics are F/K.)
Truthfully I have not really felt fervent about Sherlock in years--it's more that the fandom was really prolific and it gave me lots of stuff to read. :) That said, let me see if I can scrounge some fics that are both good and worth reading....
Law Like Love and Prior Engagements by PlaidAdder are some of the better fics out there for a fix-it for season 3. Also awesome because PA writes a fully realized very lesbian Harry Watson and critiques patriarchal dynamics all over the place.
The Bone Fiddle and The Straw Man Fallacy by Vulgarweed and htebazytook. In the first, John and Sherlock are relocated in time and space to 1970s Appalachia (it works, it totally does!) and in the second there's a crossover with the 1973 movie "The Wicker Man." I'm a bit biased because I love that movie, but I think the fic really showcases BBC Sherlock's gray morality. Also there's ritual public sex.
26 Pieces by Lanning, for some canon-ish casefic that ends in a happy ending.
Honestly I'm going through my Sherlock bookmarks and just wanting to edit them down. Well, that's what happens when the creators say "Characterization? Continuity? We don't need no stinking continuity!"
Well, I'm never going to say no to more, but I feel bad making you do all this work. Do you have a pinboard or some bookmarking account I can check out? This way I'm not constantly bothering you...

Well, I really just combed through my bookmarks at AO3 here. I've got another five pages of "Marked for Later" that's mostly due South, because this is the fandom that never stops giving, honestly. :D
I've got a mix of other fandoms in there, too, but I suspect the dS is what will work best for you. Luckily I've been on a serious bookmarking binge. :D Have fun!

Southbound by Dira Sudis. Lovely F/K.

Gun, with Occasional Kangaroo by Punk. This is one of those fics that really captures the weirdness of the show.
Price of Distance by Nos4a2no9. Really good.
A Fine, Upstanding Man by akamine_chan. This is the gen racebent!Fraser fic.
All the Comforts of Home by rattlecatcher is a fic I've re-read I don't know how many times. Old (2003ish) but really good.

It's a dS/SGA gen crossover that is lovely, so on the off chance you haven't read it, here it is!
