i'm so happy! and the reason might seem small to you guys, but i ran to adam's house today and back from there later on and both times i could run fine, i could feel that it's different but it felt awesome to run on :D first time in over 2 months since i sprained my ankle... maybe i'll have to start jobbing, i'm glad i had taht doctro show me ankle exercises
it was a good night but i don't have time to write about it now cause i gotta get to hamilton tomorrow morning.
