I have a client going Ottawa to Washington and that's normally an easy trip to book. I do it often, a couple times a day sometimes.

I started at 9am and it's now 11:17am. I've spoken to the travel admin on FOUR seperate occasions and she's changed the itineray every single time.

MAKE UP YOUR FUCKING MIND ALREADY!!!!!!
