Good weekend
Busy weekend.
Friday we got both of brideofsatan23's kids and somehow got Jen(2? 3?) too. Katte made beef stroganov which was of course wonderful. Katte is still happy about her new n-quart pot, which makes me happy. We went and saw Shrek 2 at a drive-in theater. I have never been to a drive-in before, and while it was fun, I think I prefer the amenities of a regular theater.
For some reason, whenever we have Katte's kids, they stay hyper until ungodly hours of the morning. I think Melanie finally zonked out around 2:30, but I can't say for sure because that's about the time I finally dozed off. Misha is now a Sailor Moon addict (heh heh heh).
Saturday we dropped off Melanie, then ran around Salt Lake gathering stuff for Katte's renewed part-time job at Subway... We washed the outside of her Lexus, and we oohed and aahed over it for a little while. It really is a nice, nice car.
It is still strange seeing Katte all decked out for the club. She looks like a evil version of a porcelain doll, the sort of thing you see in bad horror films. She is so very sexy. Mmmmm. Yes, goths are people too, but I have had a thing for goth girls for the past decade and whenever I see her like that I tell myself, "I can't believe I'm dating a goth chick." :P
I need to clean house today, but I don't want to. I just want to close my eyes and dream of my wonderful sexy goth chick girlfriend.
