So I've been reading the GNU/Hurd bugs mailing list at http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-hurd/ , It's a fascinating study in geek bickering and drama. These jokers have been trying to develop an operating system for the last two decades. They change their minds every two or three years and start from scratch again. It would be funny if it weren't such a prime example of how open source software development can fail miserably.
